What will come of combining Paranormal Activity and The Blair Witch Project?
Scenario
When two best friends host a horror-themed historical web show and decide to make an episode about a 17th-century witch hunt, they clearly feel terrorized by evil supernatural forces. That’s the movie 🙂 Two YouTubers who run a horror channel decide to make a movie about witches.
They go to a town where most of the women considered witches were burned at the stake
Another “found footage” It tries to scare with a supposedly documentary plot, but unfortunately it doesn’t quite work. The movie bored me more than it scared me, although we get a mix of many ideas here: there are witches, ghosts, axe murderers, haunted houses and a forest.
The atmosphere is quite good in places, eerie
Great locations. However, neither the plot nor the main characters allow you to immerse yourself in the action, believe in the story being told.
The movie doesn’t convince me
But it shows 😁 A far cry from Paranormal Activity. 5/10 (English translation by translator, sorry)
